Afro Crown Care for Black Families & Their children

Black child Hair Care can be daunting for many Black Families, Biracial families and White parents fostering a Black Child. Fawohodze Inc is a 501(c)3  nonprofit which focuses on bridging the gap between Africans and African Americans by offering educational and a variety of learning opportunities to Black communities.

Navigating the realm of Natural Hair Care can often be overwhelming. Factors such as insufficient Afro Hair Care education in beauty schools, and the high costs of natural hair care products coupled with lack of product knowledge can make maintaining Afro Crowns a daunting task for families. Consequently, many end up neglecting the proper care of their Afro Crowns, including those of their little ones.

Afro Crown Care exists to make a difference for families in need of support in nurturing their Afro Crowns. This includes Black families, Biracial families, and white parents of Black children. We provide Afro Essence Kits and educational resources to ease this process.

Our Afro Essence Kits come packed with all the necessary natural hair products and tools sourced from reputable natural hair brands. These kits are distributed to community organizations, nonprofits, and marginalized households throughout the year, ensuring easy access to quality care for your Afro Crown.

In addition to supplying these kits, Afro Crown Care partners with organizations dedicated to serving marginalized, low-income Black & Biracial families, and the wider Black community. This collaboration strengthens our commitment to making Afro Crown Care Education accessible to all, promoting love and care for our beautiful Afro Crowns.
